Void Knight range

Featured Replies

Depends on your ranged level. Void range outfit gives a 10% ranged bonus.

Im working on getting it on my pure, its pretty good from what i have seen. It allows you to hit 48-48 with Dbow spec i think. Its really good for hitting highly and gaining experience.

*High def (Mithril dragons)

No, you need a lot of ranged accuracy.

*Medium def (Blue dragons)

Maybe, I'd still go D Hide.

*Low def (Rock crabs)

For sure it is worth it. Most people get it for pvp though.

Alright, but why do I see many high lv'ed people using it on Mithril dragons?

They're dumb? For Mithril Dragons, the only thing I'm wearing is Karils for the mage defense and accuracy. Even if they were maxed in range and defense, i'd still stick with Karils.

I see.

Is it worth it in Blue dragons? I'm going there now and not sure if I should get the set or not.

I treally depends on your range level, if you find with it you're not hitting often, I'd stick with d'hide, but if you have a high enough level to hit consistently, then its good. Also, when using it, I find it helps a lot to have a robin set.

I'm going to use the 10% range pray on the ones in Gu' Tanath, tele to castle wars, and recharge pray at house, then walk to blues again...

So I am basically going to use the 10% range prayer so that should make blue dragons alot easier.

Void is better unless monsters have very high def, or you need mage def. For like mith dragons, god wars, etc. use armadyl armor

superway26.png

Id say it is better on the majority of monsters if you are at 85+ range. I used it from about 90-97.5 range and loved it.

I think that Void is more like for pvp.......But never had it my self, so i am not the person to ask here

Id say void are only for PvP as hitting 48+48 would KO someone instantly :P

Hellhounds with Black d'hide and a Dogreshuun c'bow or magic shortbow adn really good arrows would be nice and the Clue scrolls would make it profitable
