Increases damage from obby weapons by 20%, therefore since they can train strength they are very effective at it. Downside is a huge -20 to all defences and lowers attack aswell I believe. However, I've tried obby sword and berserker and can tell you that it definetly is NOT better then SS. SS = Training at the speed of a whip. Obby sword = Whip speed. That said, I hit about 1-3 damage lower with an obby sword then a whip, depending on pots and black mask. So SS is just faster strength training over an obby sword with berserker. Addditionally, obby swords are highly inaccurate versus anything with a decent defence, so that just secures the SS's spot over the obby sword.
