am i a noob?

Featured Replies

k i was killing bloodvelds in slayer tower, and i was doign fine alone until some lvl 106 came and started killing them too...

before he came i would take every coin drop from the monster and bury their bones, even tho theyre only 4.5xp ea...

he started calling me a noob saying "why bury thier bones? its only 4.5xp." and..."they only drop like 30 coins lol, its a waste."

i stopped picking up coins and burying bones once he said that, b/c i didnt want to look noobish...so i was wondering if i really am a noob for picking up the bones, burying them, and keeping the coins from all my monster kills??

No, you are noob because you stopped picking up coins and burying bones only because he said thats noobish.

Not at all, let's put it this way:

Why NOT bury the bones? 4.5 exp is better than NO exp.

Why NOT pick up the coins? Even if it's 30 coins, it's more than NO coins.

The only noob in that situation is him.

Bloodvelds can drop over 300 coins, thats pretty damn good for a training monster drop.

~Being called whatever isn't really true. It's just a mindset. If he wants to insult you, add him to your Ignore list and be done with it. You have every right to efficiently train Slayer/Prayer, while gaining a little extra money along the way.~

I pick up bones and bury them all the time. It is a very poor excuse to call people "noobs" because most of them are jealous. I could be level 126, and the name-calling would still happen. 4.5 exp is better than NO exp and if you continue to do it, it will build up! Always trust yourself! :D

You should just set you public chat to friends or hide it.

I get sick of people calling me a noob, or insulting me for some lame reason, like training where they are.

My public chat is always on hide or friends.

And noob really has no meaning, at all, all it is, is peoples insecurities, and no original thought process.

Never take it offensively, be proud of it, because you'll never call anyone a noob, and you have original thoughts.

If someone does that again you tell him/her 'you are the noob for not burying the bones, since it's xp, it can be a lot once'. If he/she laughs then use the ignore list ^^

ur not a noob tbh

I'm level 102 and I still pick up a single gp I see.

These things stack, and if they don't take any additional time, why not?

Don't listen to people like those, they just think they are superior.

anyways: next time if you encounter any of those jerks, ignore them and keep going. don't insult them though.

I agree with all of the above ...got to 50 prayer myself buring all those noobish bones ...and I pick up all coins .... they added up to a whip for me
