January 13, 200818 yr i see some people alching in it so i was wondering does it only degrade after 15 hours of strait combat or 15 hours of wearing it?
January 13, 200818 yr Barrows Only Degrades while using it for combat, you have to physically be using it in combat for it to degrade. You could wear it forever and it will never degrade if you don't use it in combat.

And yes, it only degrades in combat. January 14, 200818 yr I think the monster actually has to "hit" you as well. When you have a magic spell, it could splash, OR it could hit a 0. With melee, both options appear as a 0, but barrows only degrades on the actual 0.
