So, like title says, how much would you be willing to pay for following untradable items IF they were tradable OR for what price would you sell them? Mostly these items are obtained by playing minigames, doing some quests or holiday events. I am not suggesting that they should be. Instead of it I am very curious of their suggested prices :) You can also suggest more you find interesting.

I was just guessing prices. The secondary items would cost a lot too. This is just hypothetical. They won't be tradable anyways. It's not like we are gonna change anything just by posting in this thread.

Expert dragon archer hat: well the very act of being tradable would devalue it, but with current valuations (this applies to everything else too) around 7m - I'd value some of the lower ones higher though as they look nicer. Vanity ftw.

 

Full void knight set: 0gp - again, useless.

 

Firelighter: between 500gp and 2k depending on the colour.

 

Full rogues armor: around 300k

 

Fire cape: 250k? I really don't value this very high.

 

Full lumberjack costume: 90M - I like woodcutting and this would come in very useful. Shame I can't practically get it.

Unlocking fairy rings without the skill requirement would be worth about 100k-150k to me if I didn't have the necessary skills... or I'd just complete Fairytale I, start II and get off cheaper.

 

Barrows gloves: I'd buy them from the rfd chest, why'd I need to pay one gp more? Unless it's cheaper, ofc.

 

Barrelchest Anchor: Dunno, never used it.

 

Keris: No idea.

*These, and possibly a few others, only have achievement value. Why the hell would I buy them if everyone could get them for a more or less token sum? Ok, so my helm says I killed 30k chompies, I apparently killed many KBDs, KQs, fished many sharks, played the hell out of CW to get that nice decorative armor... that, or I spent a few hours' income to buy the items and claim the achievements with it (until people no longer care).

You are right there that those items you starred don't really have other than achievement value.. a bit like Pirate's Hook that you can get from agility arena and is tradable.. It cannot be used for show off simply because people know anyone wearing it could have (and most likely has) bought it and not earned by himself. But the idea behind them being there is what would you pay for them if they still had the same achievement value for people around. Hypothetical question of course.

 

 

 

 

 

Grand seed pod is actually tradable, didn't know it when i made this thread. Anyway, it's used to teleport to the grand tree in the tree gnome stronghold. It was the quickest way to use spirit trees back in time (and thus also quick way to reach ge).

 

 

 

Although it's tradable (look at GE graph, it has been unbuyable there for as long as GE has been around..

 

 

 

Steel gauntlets are item you can change to cooking gauntlets, gold smithing gauntlets or chaos gauntlets.

 

 

 

What would you have paid for barrows gloves before doing rfd quest? Same for other quest obtainable items like accumulator.
