Hi there! I don't usually make threads of my own; rather, I lurk around the forums, throwing my opinion into whatever post interests me. But after throwing my 1m+ party the other day, a strange thought hit me, and I had to ask a question to the general public.

 

 

 

Do you go to parties that you aren't specifically invited to? A surprising number of people do. Perhaps it's that new allure that has been made, the bankers screaming about the value of the items.

 

 

 

So while throwing my party, I wondered, "How funny would it be if i used this system to my advantage?" How many of the 500+ people would laugh if I threw 10 million buckets in the chest? How many would stay, for the allure of buckets?

 

 

 

I assume that buckets would be worth 1 gp each. That means That if I did this, the bankers would scream about a 10m drop party, and offer free teleports to my bucket party. They would come running to the chest to see what was dropped, and gloat over how they're going to nab some quick cash... and realise they are the ones who've been had.

 

 

 

I realise I'm a little long-winded. I'll sum my thread up with a couple of questions:

 

Should I throw this Bucket Party?

 

How many people do you think would come, and how many would stay?

 

 

 

...And how many people find this as hilarious as I do?

 

 

 

EDIT: It looks like this is actually happening, so i'll be adding a bucket count and a clan chat. I think the chat is set up right, so just type in my name, and join the Bucket Chat!

Interesting, but I think this goes into the event forum and aren't buckets more than 1 gp? I thought they were 2-3.
