cabbage_ownz Posted January 17, 2008 Share Posted January 17, 2008 Well yesterday i was hacked while i was at school by a keylogger i get home and recover my account and well since jagex is a 9-5 place i can get it back till today which ill have to wait till after school to do that which had me flustrated so today get home do my homework log on to find my acount in the party room and im think $&!# i go and look in my bank account and this bad dream comes true im left with a glory rune c'bow and 99 limp root that i was using for herb which is about 100k. heres my bank atm and my final stats (maybe) yeah and summoning got me 1300 total Its not loosing 5m in items and cash its knowing some d!@*weed is out there that would steel an account and drop all the items for the noobs to take just for fun. almh123 Posted January 17, 2008 Share Posted January 17, 2008 ive lost over 200m from hacks ever since the hack on 2002. and the latest one was about 3 month ago i lost 20m on my tanker(i dun transfer money).... yes thats sad but i work again and i jus build 2.5m in couple of days playing 2-3 hrs a day. and no dun ask me how i make my money cuz i will never tell u QUIT if u want or WORK HARD and make sure u check ur computer for virus/keyloggers before you use it... Mercifull Posted January 17, 2008 Share Posted January 17, 2008 I came back to the game recently to a completely empty bank and now I have 1 million gp, abyssal whip, dragon boots, dragons scim, full rune, strength skill cape, attack skill cape and now im on the road to 99 fishing for a 20+ million gp income. You can do it dude, those stats are pretty good you can get back on your feet in no time. A note on the screen capper keyloggers. Why dont jagex make it to that when you rollover the buttons to click ALL the numbers dissapear until after you click and they refresh?
