tripsis
Funnily enough I'm going to start running/jogging next week. Probably around 5 times a week. It would be a distance of a mile, though at around 7am. :P I decided that I don't do much exercise, so it would obviously do me good. :) Haha that's exactly what I was of doing (but at the opposite end of the clock - at 10pm or later). I ran for the first time in 29323740233209 centuries two days ago.. haven't exactly gone for a run since then as I've been tired from it  But I'm hoping to get started on running 1-2 miles 5 days a week - same as you. - 99 fletching | 99 thieving | 99 construction | 99 herblore | 99 smithing | 99 woodcutting - - 99 runecrafting - 99 prayer - 125 combat - 95 farming - - Blog - DeviantART - Book Reviews & Blog

MoeSzyslak
I dont really like running. My dad (whos 51 yrs old) has been jogging about 2.5-3 miles nearly every day of his life for the past 15-20 yrs (maybe longer) but id say thats part of where i dont take after him. I lift weights 3x/week, and I prefer that over running (especially since im kinda thin, and looking to gain... my sessions are always tiring though). Jimmyw3000
I still go to school, so the PE lessons are usually enough exercise for me, as well as the training we get in the CCF. I hate running tbh; it's too tiring and I'm too lazy. Usually I walk everywhere now anyway (mainly because I lost my Oyster Card. #-o ) That's more than enough exercise for me : . Still...Getting a new Oystercard now so less walking for me :D As for eating healthy foods...having an allergy towards nuts keeps me off most unhealthy foods, which almost always contain traces of them -.- . Also...broccoli and spinach is ftw...i dont understand why so many people hate it  . Rice is also ftw...and yes I am chinese. 8-) I should probably start doing more exercise though :? . As for how healthy I am...I think i'm probably above average, although, I should start eating less cookies and crisps. . 100m in 14.3secs, and i'm pretty sure I can do 1500m in less than 7mins. Rollyboy
Only ran when I was in primary and high school. Now the only time I run is when Im late for something. Anyway if you get too conscious about running in public try jump roping non-stop for only 15 minutes a day ("only" - haha i make it sound easy but it's hard!). If you want to burn more; after the jump rope work out go on the stationary bike for another 15 minutes. The most quotable statement would be "Murscle burns fat". So add in some weight training 3 times a week. Drink water. Don't starve yourself. Don't expect results straight away. Think positive. Cup Lion
I am going to start running regularly starting next Saturday. Will be running with a good friend of mine, so that will keep me motivated, seeing as it is a very beautiful girl. :P  |Signature by Jason321|
Kriegsmier
I feel for all of you running multipule miles every day. It really isn't a good thing. The whole point, apart from trying to lose weight or burn cals is to break your muscles down and then give them a few days rest and to rebuild themselves. Then you break them again. If you run every single day you arn't doing a dang thing for yourself except maybe upping your endurance. But even then if you don't push yourself each day and go further and further, endurance isn't really a factor. Change it up. Run 2-3 days out of the week and then work on something else. Roseiah
I play football and I also train young children to start learning football. I do run, not as much as I used to, but I tend to run with my dog in a morning. I also cycle, not much, but I go down by the river again with my dog and a few friends and we have fun. I trampoline a lot, which keeps me in good shape. I get most of my exercise from playing football and the training I do for it.

Jmclark911
Am I one of the only ones that's posted in this thread that does track atm? Oh well. I run like 4-5 miles a day (mid-day, because I don't mind other people seeing me run), and mainly in track I do the 100m, 200m, and relay. \ I also do the long jump,. I'm considering dropping it though...
