Do the guaranteed crits last through death? Like if you get a kill with your sentry, it explodes and then you die, would you still have the 2 crits when you respawn? Probably not, but it'd be interesting it you did.

It appears I may still have a chance to build a mini Level 3 Sentry. Even though they tried to remove it in the latest patch. Which is stupid, the Sentry can't be repaired or destroyed and does half damage.

I like the new maps.

I tried playing again on my pc a week or two ago and it ran fine, but when the hard drive starts clicking things are bad news....I do so want to get in on this action, though. Especially since apparantly pyro got a new anti-engy weapon some time ago.

If Steam cooperates better I should be able to play TF2 in under 5 minutes. The download constantly suspends.

The Homewrecker isn't that great unless you're a defensive pyro who doesn't use the Fire Axe/Axtinguisher. The Backburner does more DPS on buildings and has more range. However, the Homewrecker can remove sappers from friendly buildings.

I use the Homewrecker.

 

It's great for helping out friendly sentries.

600KB to go, and it won't download any more, even though the download goes at 100KB/s+ for atleast 10 seconds, it'll still say 65.7MB / 66.3MB.

Close up steam and start it back up. It will save your progress.

I've tried everything; restarting,changing download region, deleting ClientRegistry.blob, reinstalling. Its still got 600KB to go.

Oh [cabbage]. Now I sound like those "just restrt lolz" idiots in tech forums. :(

It fixed itself, just woke up and hopped on my computer, TF2 finished updating the moment I hopped on as I left the comp running last night in case. It's taken over 24 hours to download 600KB. So much for broadband being high speed. :wall:

Steam occasionally has what people call the 99% bug. It's where the download/update gets stuck at 99% and won't progress any further. Nobody can seem to figure out why it happens, but it is annoying, especially when it chews up downloads.

I can actually play this without lag. Yay! Did fairly well, too, somewhat better than I used to usually.

Was it my games, or is the final point in Upward the most intense and nerving defending point in the game?

Yeah, the final point, and also that slope, are ridiculous. Almost all of the games I've played on that map have been half hour plus.
