yeh takes some getting used to.. sorda figured with your 1:3 k/d ratio #-o but hardcore the battles really move alot more, and don't really take place in the main spots

I just left if you wanted a game, too bad..I havent even played a full game on castle today. It's been like 6 asylum 2 dome 1 makin 3/4th of castle and like 3 upheaval

A guy on my team gets 55 kills, no one else over 10.

 

Next game, im on a different team. HE GETS 2 SETS OF DOGS BEFORE 4 MINUTES IN

 

And i get [cabbage]-killed so many times its not funny.

If Treyarch have fixed the glitches then fair play. But its still not as good as cod4 due to awful tank and weapon balance, which has not been adressed.

Go ahead and play cod4 for another 2 years, cod5 is newer, and would basically give you a break from the 'better' one - which is based on something that never happened and never will.

I heard that the weapon stats were identical to COD4 weapons, so I don't see how there could be more imbalance.

It just is, On COD4 not one wepon was ridiculosly over powered. And in one match you would see like 8 different guns being used. AK47, AK47U, M4, MP5, M16, P90, Snipers, RPD And not the Scorpoion lulz.

 

 

 

Now to COD5... MP40 > All. And you get it at lvl 10 which is ridiculous. And at least 6 people would be using an MP40 on each map. #-o

People with a brain have realised that COD4 is in fact different and better than WaW and have returned to it. Being newer makes absolutely no difference. I played COD4 from around April last year to November, and bought WaW. I gave it a decent amount of my time, (2 days play time), and then returned in January to COD4. And damn is it better.

 

 

 

Lets be honest here Ray, you and the guys here play WaW because there is nothing better online on Wii. I'm not having a dig at the Wii here, but you must have realised when you bought it that its not what it was made for.

What the hell. If anything that makes it better as IW can actually control where the story goes. Frankly I felt the WaW story was stupider, I mean you and your buddy just happen to survive evrybody around you being shot in a fountain, the rest of the battle for Stalingrad, the entire campaign on the eastern front, the battle of Berlin, and just happen to be the soldier that raises the flag over the Reichstag AFTER being shot. Not to mention the crazed Gary Oldman hacking apart Nazis with a meat cleaver.

 

 

 

If your going to get a PS3, pick up COD4. You WILL prefer it. Thats not to say you will never play WaW again, but you will look at it differently and really see that it does have issues which COD4 simply does not have.

I have always loved WWII a lot myself, tbh. Also, the Wii makes shooter games BETTER. Actually aiming instead of pushing a joystick around is fun. And when you get nervous on a 360 game, just let go of the joystick and you keep where you were. On the Wii you have to stay steady or it throws off your aim, as it should, making it a more exciting game.

I loved the COD5 story line. Great voicing (what a cast), nice excitement and a reasonable variety of missions, and general enjoyment. I really loved it (played on Veteran), except for the really hard missions where I had to keep on truckin' until I finally beat it. :thumbup:

Had one of my best matches ever today on veteran mode Dome. Started off the game on a 26 kill streak, then died, then had a 25 kill streak, then died again, and finally getting the winning kill. Ending stats were 52-10-2. 8-)

Awesome man! My best Dome game is 49-6. Most kills I've gotten is 54 at Asylum, and I've gotten 40 at everywhere but Makin(but I do have my 32 streak there)

Nice. There's a couple of maps where I don't recall ever getting 40+ kills in (makin and castle). Out of the six maps that I have gotten 40+ in, I've gotten 50+ in four of them (excluding hangar and cliffside).

 

 

 

Even though I hate courtyard, it's easy to get really high scores there once you get dogs.

IF this is on TD care to explain how u guys are getting 50+ kills? isnt there a 75 kill limit . . .Is like no-one on your team doing anything? because from my experience if you are having a good game then your team normally benefits from this and does well aswell. (other team distracted by dogs, gettin poont by artillery and radars helping your teamates)

I see many people go over 30, some over 40, but rarely over 50.

For 50, you have to do insane, and your team has to suck terribly. The other team must suck terribly as well. For 60, the other 7 people in the game must be on drugs. Period. I have only broken 50 twice(54 asylum, 50 courtyard)(also 49 once, 48 once, 47 a few times). It is very hard to do. Someday I would like a 50+ at every place, but looking at Makin, that would be a hard goal to reach.

Cliffside I assume? 55 is pretty impressive there, especially when it is pretty much 1 vs 4.(on the ground at least)

^You dont have to be that good, and your team doesnt have to be so bad.

 

You just need to know what the opponents are going to do - and your team has to be hunted by the others while sniping.

I agree. To get 50, you can have decent teammates as long as you beat them to the opponents. To get 60, however, your team must be terrible or camping. Your three teammates combined should be able to get at least 15 kills in 10 minutes.

nope, they sucked bad. all fo them had lower kills then deaths, but dogs got to other team before my teammates did

i got really annoyed the other day because i hadnt played in a while and was a bit rusty, i couldnt get it right, first match was something like 3-2-12 and then on a different map i got 2-15-7 , thats the most assists ive ever had, it was embarrassing being bottom of the board
