June 14, 200917 yr The new map pack rocks. The new MP maps are actually pretty cool. I still need to explore them more, though. I was surprised at Banzai. Nobody seems to be using the bridge. Shi No Numa rocks. I love the character bios.

June 16, 200917 yr Hey, on the PS3 version it's much better for sniping than the wii, you'll end up with better KDRs than you think. And I know the STG is an Assault rifle, but its basically EXACTLY the same to SMGs in CoD5 anyway. I didnt mean to say anything bad. I was just saying everyone has like 3 or more SMGs in their top kill-gun list :\ Get the M1 to #5, knock out the MP40. \ I dont need a siggy no moar.

June 16, 200917 yr If you have atleast one non-semi-automatic/assault rifle in your top5 i will be happy and not resort to calling you an smg abuser :o :P I prestiged because I felt like it. .. I kinda regret it, but it's revoked my liking for the Type 99 for non-snipeable maps. I rather it over the B.A.R much more now. It makes a super epic noise too :D I dont need a siggy no moar.

The only beef I have with Type 99 is its iron sight. The "iron" is too thick and blocks out a good amount of environment and people. To Mage_Man, SVT is a very good rifle for Hardcore, I think I'll try getting that into top 5 eventually.

No challenges on Wii make it kinda pointless. Wow another way to get what I already got, a fake recognition of skill and a nice little logo! :|. Wii = MP40 = easy kills = easy prestige = easy-fake-skill I dont mind the T99 iron sight - I dont really use Iron sights (N00b ;)) but it has a nice one, easy to tell whats what and exactly where the bullets hit, unlike some of the other machine guns. (MG42 eww) SVT owns! I love it. Makes a nice sound when silenced too. I dont like the Garand. It's too slow for me. I have trouble with hitting people when they're moving from a bit of a distance lmao. Though, I can BARELY ever hit with a bolt action rifle unscoped in either hardcore or normal. With an Iron sight too. It's way harder than I thought firstly. I dont need a siggy no moar.
June 16, 200917 yr How do you not use the Type 99's ironsight... You just run up to people and hip fire? MG42's ironsights make for easier headshots. M1 Garand silenced > SVT Silenced > Gewer42 silenced, but that's judging by how easy/many kills I get with them.

P.S. I've been using the SVT in Hardcore and it's outstanding! Especially silenced! And other people are taking notice, more players are using it I've seen.
June 16, 200917 yr Well, I use both. It's not like I don't like the Stg and MP40. And if people ask you about it, you should just tell them that you play hardcore. Everyone should just switch to hardcore. It's so much better than regular, although it is fun to go back to regular once in a while to try it out.
June 17, 200917 yr An SMG or an MG on hardcore is just as good as a Garand. Spray + kill in around 2-4 bullets if hit well? Doesnt really seem like it is considered normal.. Everything on Hardcore is overpowered.. except bolt action rifles unscoped, so hard to use... Anyone know if Trench 1hk's if you shoot in the leg on Hardcore? Furthermore, what about the foot or arm? I dont need a siggy no moar.

It's overused and takes the fun out of a game when half of the people have MP40 w/box ammo or silencer with stopping power/juggernaut and steady aim. Need some variety, not just a level 10 SMG that everyone uses. If you need an MP40 to get kills, than I don't care what rank or prestige you are, you're a noob. Same goes for 75% of 10th prestiges lvl 65s, they still use and need MP40s to get kills. It's pathetic.
June 17, 200917 yr Once again, I get alot of kills with it. Why use anything else? I think it's because it reminds me of the AK from CoD4. God I love the ak. My timeline: Use MP40 to get everything. THEN experiment when I get it. Except on big maps, then I use the scoped Kar98 (gah, I still can't type that right) Get back here so I can rub your butt.
