If it a strong monster: barrows, saradomin sword or guthans spear if using guthans armour. If it weak pvp fight: full dragon, saradomin sword If it a strong pvp fight: barrows (I usually choose diffrent ones), saradomin sword If it a friend: no armour, crystal bow. Magic comp bow or adamant cbow, depending if I need a shield. Bosses: Monk's Robes, Holy Symbol, Guthix Book, Explorer's Ring (3), Ava's Accumulator, weapons above I don't really like Runescape's combat, so I'm cheap about it if it's required of me.
