UberSkillz
Title is mainly self explanatory. I have been using mith and addy bolts with my rune c'bow, but I want to know if there is a better option. Thanks. :)

green9090
I'm not sure if it's more cost-effective, but diamond bolts work quite well. You could also try broad bolts if you can make them, cheap and almost as good as addy. Can anyone confirm this? Sorry for hijacking your thread
baileydafrog
bolts cant be more or less accurate can they? i'm sure none of them can change range bonus, just the power, though i could be wrong
End_of_RC_Pk
i personally like long kebbit bolts. theyre pretty accurate, and the rate of fire of the hunter bow is the same as a mage short

kdog2fast
I think you should stick with addy bolts. However if your camping for the d visage then you can safe spot and use mage short with steel or mith arrows...a bit crazy but I find this faster and cheaper if used properly. Zaaps1
First off, it's always useful to make Emerald (e) bolts. Once you poison it (magically!) you can switch to a harder hitting bolt. Think of it as using dds then switching to a whip. You'll know it's poisoned when there's a greenish mist on the dragon. As the second bolt, I'd suggest diamond (e) bolts, since they can ignore the dragon's defence. Not sure what they cost, or if they are worth the cost. If not, ruby (e) bolts are pretty good. If neither are cost-effective, just take addy. ~It's Super Effective! baileydafrog
i find black drags dont have high enough hp or last long enough to bother with bloods, especially with having to heal when normally you can just safe spot, diamond are a bit expensive for them but quicker if you can afford
max_miller20
In my opinion the fastest damage is diamond bolts. If you can't afford those go with emerald bolts. nwor
I had always just assumed that broad bolts only worked against turoths and kurasks. I don't know why I thought that though, magic dart works just fine on targets other than turoths and kurasks. Thanks for the tip. :)

I just hit my addy max with broad. Of course, it isn't true- I hit a lot more 0s with broad.
