As Soa said, you don't see many tutorials on how to draw, because it's something you develop over the years. There is no system behind it I can teach you, it's just what I do. I don't have a strict system behind the stuff I make. I look at what I have, and think of stuff that would look nice. It's just a feeling. Then I start drawing in illustrator and fiddle around till I have something I like. There's no special techniques, just the pencil tool.
