Mercifull
If you think that true love will come out from 2 people meeting online through a pixelated game then honestly something must be very wrong with you :wall: Generally that applies to most people, but for some exceptions above... You sir, are an imbecile. If noone ever found true love online then why is online dating such a billion dollar industry? To put it simply... you fail. Dracomancer
Either way, my point still stands. They're parallel. They fail at love in real life, so they do it on the net which is "wrong". You fail at bullying in real life, so you do it on the net which is "wrong". Believe me when I say that if you knew me in real life, you wouldn't say that. I get bullied every day of my goddamn life, and I don't want to make other people go through that, but I'm also surrounded by idiots every single day, and those two factors combined would probably be enough to make anyone think that way about a lot of things. Zierro
I get bullied every day of my goddamn life, and I don't want to make other people go through that Yet you want to beat up people for there mere fact that they fell in love on the internet? Judging from this quote, it doesn't look like you are indifferent when it comes to empathy, so why would you even want to beat them up in the first place? Please tell me it was just a joke.
Dracomancer
Yes, it was just a joke. Has the sense of humor here shifted to an entirely different plane of existence or something? Zierro
To be brutally honest, your sense of humor is lacking. If it was a good joke I would have been able to tell. I don't really find humor in it - only hostility. It kind of makes me wonder whether it really was a joke or that I'm just cornering you into a bad situation.. I mean, if it really was a joke why would you defend it as being a serious point then?

Deep
Imo i'll just say what most people think, it's pathetic. I really /facepalm when i see people in Runescape saying 'i love you' and stuff, it's ridiclious. Alot of the time the people who say "I love you" to eachother in game know eachother IRL. People shouldn't jump to conclusions of E-dating just because of this, for all you know they could be married IRL. And since you don't know and have no way of knowing how about leaving them to it? Me and my girlfriend (of 19 months IRL) hang out online sometimes and i've lost count of the amount of times we have laghed at random noobs who think we've just met/don't know eachother. However yes, two people who don't know eachother IRL and claim that they are dating online *via runescape* is quite sad and they should probably turn their computers off and go outside -.- ... *I can't see a problem with people dating eachother/ meeting people via other websites/msn. I think i read that about 40% of newly married couples these days met online.
H2PM
They do it for attention. I totaly agree. And also for money they beg off of their boyfirends/girlfireinds. Skull
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. If you meet in runescape and date in real life as well, it's fine. If it's only on runescape, it's not. Thats my take on it :| [bleep] the law, they can eat my dick that's word to Pimp

Cureflower
I actually found my fiance through the internet relay chat, though we were just friends at first and met irl as friends, the relationship got deeper by time spent irl. And I was 19 at the time we met... But. What comes to RuneScape relationships, I really don't understand what's so fun about them. I witnessed a break-up in RS few days ago and it was like in the Bold and the Beautiful or Days of Our Lives etc. A guy had said something bad and the girl was sad and told her friend about it and then it was like a war... Later, the boy got together with the ex-girlfriends friend and suddenly it was all so pure love that no-one can ever feel like that. And yesterday that ex-girlfriend told me that she actually is a he, just having a female account. And I've heard of RuneScape marriages... I wonder what my mother would say if me and my man got married in RS instead of a real life local register office... ;)
