siim Posted August 13, 2008 Share Posted August 13, 2008 I was training slayer at Kalphites with my trusty cannon, had only been there for like a few minutes and killed maybe 20 of them. Then along comes a 135. He turns face to my cannon and suddenly the cannon just disappears. I got no message explaining the disappearance, nor did I get the "Your cannon has almost decayed" message prior to this. I got the cannon back from the dwarf, but this is just really annoying. I did ask him how he did that, but he gave no answer. Has this happened to anyone else? Mods please move, if needed. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

smartme Posted August 13, 2008 Share Posted August 13, 2008 When RS2 first came out and I was still a noob with only 1 phat, I encountered a similar bug. I was able to pick up anyone else's cannon to replace mine which had recayed. This was limited to once per decay, and they were able to get a free replacement. Hopefully, if Jagex fixes the bug before taking care of the player, they'll figure out what was wrong and whether it was the player that did it on purpose or just an error from the game's part. I think Jagex should create a quicker way to get the cannon back. I was using a cannon and someone came in, (no idea what level, but higher than me) and my cannon dissapeared, no warning like you. I went to the dwarf and it was there.
