i just recieved a task of 151 black demons. this is my first task requiring me to kill these so i dont really know how i should go about slaying them.

 

any advice on where and how to kill them most efficently would be great.

 

 

 

i have guthans, no bunyip, bgs, and cannon. stats are in sig.

When I do them, I kill them in the chaostunnels:

 

 

 

either use melee (super att; protect from melee; wear full proseleyte)

 

 

 

or range/mage (there's a safespot at the north side of the room they're in)

For your level maybe 4-8 depending on how quickly you kill them.

I use the ones in the members dungeon, i just take guthans, 10 sharks for emergencies and i can usually finish a task of over 100. No need to pray imo - i have similar levels to you.

I go to the Chaos Tunnels too, but I take a Halberd. Never have to leave, don't get hurt if you know what you're doing, and they aren't hard to safespot there anyways. It gets even easier after they aren't aggressive anymore. Can stay there for the whole task. :D

Prayer flash them in chaos tunnels. I can kill 150 of them with initiate and 1 prayer pot, just takes some practice, but its very easy.

There is also an easy range safe spot there.

 

 

 

Wouldnt reccomend the halberd as its an aweful weapon but good for spec only

And the task takes aaaages.

 

Bring 2 super sets (or zammy brews, they take up less space and are cheaper) and about 12 prayer potions. The dragon hally is good for specs. The chaos tunnel ones drop more crimsons.

 

 

 

If you want to flash prayer, do it. I prefer to have melee prayer on and flash piety, but flashing melee prayer is good if you want to save money.

Using prayer with prayer pots and proselyte, the drops should make you break even, and perhaps a little profit. The reason the ones in the Chaos Tunnels are the best is because they will drop charms much more often, otherwise there's many more in Taverly.

Depends... I'd halberd or range them. (In the CT they are better charms btw). However if you prefer melee then go ahead and do so.

I usually flash piety on non demon tasks with fury and sometimes verac skirt if im wearing it. But doing both is even better experience for sure on demons, just more costly
