Hey everyone,

 

 

 

I will be getting 60 range tonight which was my first goal. My second was to burn all my logs (maples) which are the required amount to get 99 exactly.

 

I am currently 82 firemaking and in progress.

 

 

 

Over the time of firemaking I have stumbled over a few good places to firemake:

 

 

 

- Edgeville.

 

- Falador east bank (favorite.)

 

- Varrock east + west banks.

 

- Duel arena (not so good.)

 

 

 

Could anyone please recommend the best place(s) to firemake (doesn't matter if its not in the above.)

Firemake at the grand exchange.

 

 

 

There are three methods:

 

1) Firemaking in one line north or south of the GE

 

2) Firemaking in two lines east or west of the GE

 

3) The Box method north or south of the GE

 

 

 

Theres one or two good guides on tip it which will be of use to you, I will find links now.

There are a few good firemaking guides in the Player Made Guides section, read them.

I have seen many people doing this but my computer seems to be a wee bit slower at the exchange. It usually stops every 5 seconds, so it can get annoying. Any other suggestions?

Grand Exchange, Fist of Guthix and Bounty Hunter are the best places to FM in F2P. You can find more informations in my guide, link in signature.

yanille is where i usually burn logs.

 

theres two or three lines there.

I just burn at Edge. Lots of intresting people to talk to(even though thats kind've impossible to do while fm'in). Its like a 5second run to bank and then 3 seconds to starting points. Gl with 99firemaking.

Rogues' den, I always see someone firemaking there.

Why can't you get into the Rogues Den? You don't need the reqs, thats for the minigame. You just need to go under the bar in Burthorpe.

Don't even bother with Rouges Den.

 

 

 

If you want fast xp, you'll have to use a box method type of thing, where you have to click to another space after lighting a fire. If you're going to 99 I don't recommend this, as the excessive clicking and moving of the wrist can cause possibly severe medical problems.

 

 

 

Seems you like using Falador. That was my favorite spot a well when I went for 99, and I have outlines my methods for there in this guide.

i like to firemake in varrock teleing to varrock and burning your way to the west bank, bank there and tele back to varrock

Fist(s) of Guthix is probably the best place the way I see it. :)

I normally use the Port Phasmatys bank, or Fist of Guthix.

Port Plas is also a good one, the ghost town.

Personally, I find that the Grand Exchange and Falador are two good spots to Fire Make, as they are both located quite close to a bank.

Personally I like firemaking in the fish colony. Usually no one there and by the time you lit all the logs, your just outside from the bank.

 

 

 

However you do have to compelte swan song to be able to use it.

I did 80-99 at Fally east bank with a friend.

 

 

 

Get logs

 

Step out of the bank

 

Run east until you get to the first building

 

Start burning

 

Repeat

 

 

 

There are 4 lines to use there, so two people can have 2 lines, which is perfect.

Finally! I was reading in horror that no one had suggested this yet. I think it's the best place because it's relatively quiet, although, yes, you do have to do a quest to get here. It's where I got 99 :D
