Very Strange Varrock Bug!

Today I was mining pure ess to make my first mil (only 26k to go, yay!) and as I was crossing the bridge where the fountain was in the old Varrock, I got this image, and couldn't click or anything. I hit Ctrl + At + Delete, and I went to the AOL window, and it was still in fullscreen format, but in the regular window size.

That texture doesn't even look similar to anything in the game. That's an extremely weird glitch.

EDIT: It kinda looks like there are fences in there, and a pathway. I don't know if anyone else sees it, but look closely, almost looks like Runescape is in that black looking thing.

It does look like a map-ish thing of RuneScape, if you look closely and use your imagination.

Also, I didn't mention it earlier, but the tree and water were moving, it almost looked like a water mill.
