Some of you will already know about this. (Don't be sad if you didn't get an invite, I sent less than 10) It was a private chat for a few days, but the idea of sending out 30+ PMs just scared me. And without enough users, it would never come to be the chat I wanted it to be. #Gallery is now public. Or rather, kinda semi-public. I'm leaving it as a hidden, password protected channel, because anyone that wants to use it is in this forum and not on #runescape. :P

If you have Firefox, you could use Chatzilla (Addon). It doesn't require an administrator password to install.

On your post, it says stay on irc for more than 2 minutes: I stayed for bout 1/2 hour. Shame.

When I don't talk, it usually means I'm sleeping or just not at the computer. You can highlight me though (by saying my name), it sometimes helps. :D
