Truly you guys haven't seen a lot of good pures. And if you haven't noticed most of the time they aren't even pures. They are failed pures, which soon become mains. And first off it looks like you guys haven't looked at your own kind. Look at your names. Superman198(made up, but most names are somewhat constructed like this)... They sound they that. Some stupid name that makes no sense with some numbers. And another example:No 99 Melee, what kind of a name is that?

 

 

 

Also finally why does it matter what other peoples names are? What are you, on their [bleep]??

Perhaps it's because most people only have one username, and a lot of pures are owned by people with a main as well which already has that username.

 

 

 

Although I guess they could always just put a '2' on the end :shock:

 

 

 

I guess as well though, if you're on f2p and you're a pure then you can't have a skillcape to prove that you're a pure and so you'd get called a n33b all of the time. If you have a name that states that you're a pure, it's a little less likely to happen.

End Conclusion: Pkers make pure names to put fear into their opponents. Whether they are good names are not is solely an opinion and by saying that someone else's name sucks so that makes yours good is a shot below the belt. So he doesn't like your name. Big deal. Get over it. But he does have a point that a lot of pure names are ridiculously similar and really repetitive.

Does this fact warrant a thread in which everyone needs to know about your wonderful likes and dislikes? Should I make a thread about the colour of metal dragons because it is too metallic simply because "I am annoyed by that fact"? Point is, you are saying "man you take this stuff so seriously" when you're annoyed by a name which doesn't even belong to you which you saw at a glance and probably won't see it ever again. Does it adversely affect you in such a way that it disrupts your gaming experience? Don't you think you're taking it a bit too seriously, especially in a game?
