they drop rune scims,rune sqs,mith ore (noted 3),addy ore (noted 1),laws,deaths

 

those are the only ones worth mentioning

but id say 1/100 drop rate

 

 

 

though im lvl 115 using tuna i dont know how many kills i get per trip 50-60 idk

Looking at your stats they wouldn't be feasible for you.

I agree that almost all figures are made up or incorrect. However, Jagex does actually make drop tables with percentages for each drop. They've talked about them in a Development Diary.

i am a member and i still go to the cockroaches for the drops, it isnt that bad.

If u want like the good stuff from the cockroaches then its gonna take a long time or a short time dependin on ur lvl. If u high lvl its goin to go quick because u killin them in no time but if u low lvl then u know its gonna take a long time.

I'de say Greaters are tied with roach soldires, but lessers are a close third.

 

 

 

And that just means that his hp is under 30.

Cows might be the most consistent but cockroaches are good too.

what f2p gives the best loot..... for the best drops its greater demons in demon shack..., but thats in lvl 42 wildy... in my non mem days ive gone there a lot, its good if u have just 3 valuable items, bring good food(anchovy pizzas and lobbs/swordys) and u should be fine... otherwise just cockroach soldiers, i have a friends, who is 50 in each cmbt stat and is making a big profit out of them, just use trout and salmon from the near by fishing spot:P

Best loot per trip would be level 56Roaches.... i average about 90k loot per trip. The lvl 83 raoches are good too, but i find that the rune drops are far too random. I average from getting 5 rune drops per trip to 1 per trip. so a trip can give anything from 120k - 50k. Ankou's are a waste. no drops worth it, and they tend to take me out fast even though im lvl 107... Greater deamons are good, but really risky... if you are willing to gamble a bit then greaters are the way to go... ive gotten a few rune items off them...

I liked fleshcrawlers. Especially when you combat isn't THAT great. You'll require very little food, and they have semi-decent drops.
