mmmorgan Posted September 29, 2008 Author Share Posted September 29, 2008 aww the imp scrolls are crimson! now i want one more than ever!   also, to all those "stop complaining" posts, i wasnt complaining. it was published somewhere that the drops were about 1\500. apparently that wasnt true.   and no i have not killed 50k skelys, but i do spent a fair share of time at spiritual mages. doing that the zammy kills stack up with imps. goblins also have seen a dent in population with me around. Bam, challenge scroll. It all boils down to luck and patience, with a lot more of the latter than the former. Iv never really had any challange scrolls up until a point, then I got a lesser one, since I camped there for 70 defence. And thats it. Never had one again. Being the noob that I was, I brought both of them, along with runes for fire blast and teleports. I thought it would be an easy fight, but I got owned. I tried teleporting, but It wouldn't let me. obidiah Posted October 2, 2008 Share Posted October 2, 2008 I can sympathise - they are uber-rare to find and not the sort of challenge I'd set myself as it may just lead to frustration. 1 in 5000 from what I hear anyway.   But it's basically all that's stopping me from achieving my aim of unlocking all the music in the game, so I have been at earth warriors a fair bit recently (I figure at least even if I don't get my challenge scroll they are good charm droppers for an easy to kill monster, so it's not a waste of time.) Am level 115 right now. I know a fellow who camped imps trying to get one, and it took him over 10,000 I believe.
