Ginger_Warrior
Arsenal have been ding brilliant so far! \ \ Premiership win....I can feel it! Too inconsistent this year I think. Beating team 6-0 one week and dropping points to Hull and Sunderland the next. Exactly. People shouldn't even be comparing Arsenal & Liverpool to Man Utd & Chelsea. All four can score three or four goals a game. Two of them, however, kept clean sheets. There's the difference, and that's why this year will still go down to United and Chelsea, because Liverpool and Arsenal can't keep that up all year. | Favourite Game Music | Last.fm | HYT Friend Chat Rules |
Oy_the_Great
Unbelievable, Liverpool get out of jail yet again. Not that I'm suggesting all they do is fluke their way to success. -.- Can't agree more there. They say you earn your luck, but too much is just too much; the Turks didn't deserve to get that far in Euro 2008 and Liverpool doesn't deserve its current streak of luck, even though they have some brilliant players on every position of the pitch. You can't blame Arsenal for being inconsistent though; they're a young squad, and they still have to be able to turn around a bad game into a win like more experienced teams like Man U or Chelsea can. Wenger is still my favourite coach, what he does with talent commands respect. Bill Hicks[/url]":dhj2kan9]Since the one thing we can say about fundamental matter is, that it is vibrating. And since all vibrations are theoretically sound, then it is not unreasonable to suggest that the universe is music and should be perceived as such. Totally agree, I read somewhere else (can't remember where) that Arsenal will always try and pick the lock whereas Chelsea and Man United have the ability to barge down the door which I though summed it up pretty well though. Not sure what Liverpool do though, probably just wait and hope the door will slowly decompose over time. -.- Their luck has to end soon.
Ginger_Warrior
3-0. Easy stuff really. I have a soft spot for Celtic having Irish roots and it's sorry to see them lacking in decent players. You can see the anguish on Gordon's face. People will complain about the two offside goals but we got another one, and Rooney's disallowed wasn't offside anyway. We kept a clean sheet, which is more than can be said for Arsenal... (again). | Favourite Game Music | Last.fm | HYT Friend Chat Rules |

angryjoe
We kept a clean sheet, which is more than can be said for Arsenal... (again). Tbf I would rather watch a 5-2 than a 3-0, but I see where you are coming from. Beckham to join the other geriatrics at Milan on loan, can see him doing quite well in Italy where they play a slower game so his pace wont be important, shame hes only there in the MLS close season, I could see him getting a couple more decent years at MIlan. 1_man_army
No you're not. Why not? Man City are scoring freely right now and they're winning matches. They probably won't be near the champions league places but a UEFA cup place is feasible if they bring in a couple of good defenders in January. angryjoe
Just read that as Champs League, uefa cup is feasable tbf, but they aint getting near the top 4. Doubt they will get into Europe at all without some quality additions in Janurary.

I don't think they'll get a top four place either but I think 5th or 6th is possible for them if things go their way. As for their back four, I really think they need to build on it, they've lost more goals than Tottenham so far, their saving grace has been how easily they seem to score. angryjoe
Yah, but they are changing their logo to the star of david, not because of their Jewish roots, but because it's the only way they will get 6 points all season. I would use that quickly as it will only last for a couple of weeks probably. :( Hate Redknapp, absolute [cabbage][bleep].
