Be it you getting to 99 fletching or a more global event like the release of the GWD. Explain why you think this is the most important event if you feel like it. I had to force on of my friends to come and grats me. I really wanted a huge party for Fletching... They ended up as my best friends and we all hang out together still. : On a global scale, I'd say either when Construction came out (I love Construction ) or when they released RuneScape HD.
