Blue Charms Drops

Featured Replies

So i was wondering, after reading through some of the bestiary guide, i came across a few monsters that stated something like "drops more gold charms then any other monster". i believe that was for harpie bug swarm. And then i also found that for jelly, but green instead of gold. So lol i was wondering if anyone knew if there was a monster that tends to drop alot of blue charms.

no monster drops alot of them

they are the rarest charm so no monster will drop them every second kill

Abberent spectres drop an okay amount , but yeah theres no monster that will drop them commonly.

You could try waterfiends for crimson charms though if youre looking to train summoning.

From what I've heard, Gargoyles are best for Blue Charm drops, yet they're slow to kill so you're better off getting Crimsons to train your Summoning.

Chuck Norris doesn't ever need a compass; he randomly points somewhere and north goes there in order not to anger him.

dark beasts are the best blue charm droppers in the game

Always hearing that, how many kills per charm? or charms per hour? Kalphites drop an alright amount, not the workers mind you. Slayer monsters tend to have higher blue charm drop rates then others though, gargoyals being one of the best (thought a blue charm from that is still quite rare).

If Dark Beasts are the best droppers in the game for blues, then it isn't worth camping there for Summoning exp. I got 20 blues in a task of 140, better off at Waterfiends imo.

Abberrant specters drop the occasional blue charm, but the problem is that they don't really drop charms regularly. Of any type. So you end up with only a few blue charms after doing many.

You could always go to a bandos mass and get charms there. I knew someone that missed a sara hilt before coinshare, so she almost got every drop. Loads of blues there.

The most blue charms is the Corpreal Beast. However, without extremely high stats you will be unable to get loot effectively. At W6, and maxed stats + piety + z spear you will manage quite a few kills, most of which will drop 13 blue charms. The other option requires level 90 slayer to kill dark beasts.

If you are looking to level summoning, do NOT hunt for Blue charms. The time is better spent hunting crimsons.

The only monster worth hunting specifically for blue charms is Bork. Wallasalkis and the Corporeal Beast are supposedly good droppers as well, but neither of them are better for training summoning than hunting for crimson charms.
