Are 5%/10% Prayers Overlooked?

What if you're using 5% attack and 5% strength.. is that better than 10% of one or the other?

It's the same drain as using one 10%, but because you lose 5% strength for 5% attack it's not as fast. People can argue it all they want but it doesn't take a genius to realize strength is so much more useful when training (you should be training on monsters where accuracy is needed as little as possible). So i'd advise straying away from the attack prayers, you should only use them against high lvl monsters who have high defence, in that case you wouldn't be looking at the 5/10% prayers either because piety is far better vs. bosses (eg. Bandos).
