Numerous people have been mentioning [Myself included] there was bound to be a catch. They don't want to bring Real World Trading back. If you really don't like it, then don't play. Try one of the other online games that offer player killing. Besides as mentioned there is protect prayer. It may have been the most expensive item they were wearing, or they didn't have a skull. I'm not much of a pker, but I don't mind popping in every now and then to see the shark and monkfish I sell on the Grand Exchange going to good use (By the way: Sharks have seen a 25% increase in the past month.
