He probably did it the same way I did...first googling "Genesis RPG's" (Sneaky bastard :P) And then googling "Saturn RPGs"

 

 

 

Or perhaps he actually played them....time will tell.

Saturn was the first console i properly played on, I had Beyond Oasis, saw the picture looks similar to the game so just did a bit of googling. Ill look for a picture now.

I'll say it is on the Sega Genesis, just to get it out of the way.

The only side scroller that I ever played when I was younger was Sonic the Hedgehog, so everyone of them looks like that to me. That's what I am guessing, even though I don't remember anything like the picture.
