I only own a Wii, and as of right now I'd buy a 360 over a PS3 (but I can't play M games, so both are kinda not worth at all tbh)

It's supposed to help center your body's balance! :wall: well most people have to regulate exercising at their daily routines in ORDER to keep healthy. since wii fit is both exercising, and a video game, people buy it because it is fun and it's more affordable then going to the gym.
