Max Farming xp

Hi all,

 

 

 

I want to do one day of hardcore farming soon, trying to max the xp/day I can get without vinesweeper.

 

 

 

I will be doing:

 

 

 

10 Magics

 

5 Palms

 

1 Calquat

 

1 Spirit tree

 

Watermelons - As many as I can

 

Poison Ivy's - As many as I can

 

Dwarf weeds - As many as I can, I wont be doing torstols.

 

50 Penguin points

 

 

 

Is there anything else besides vinesweeper/hops I can do to get more experience in that single day?

Edit - Would summoning an Ent while harvesting bushes help?

It's not much, but could give you a couple extra EXP. You certainly have the bulk of the work planned up.

Limps and make super compost...(cheapest items to make it, coconut shells, low lvl tree roots, calquat fruit...)

 

 

 

Also in that day : 1 cactus, 1 belladonna, 2 mushroom spore....

and for more exp, I think jade vine is only option, some flowers maybe and some hops, you could aswell try plant a spirit tree 2-3 before for 19k additional exp

Yeah, I know. I may have to wait a bit for everything to be grown. As long as it's all done when my xp day starts it's alright.

 

 

 

And thanks langer, I did think of that but decided those weren't worth it. If I'm really going to care about 300xp's or something I might as well do torstol too. :?

 

 

 

Edit - Not doing limpwurts as I need nasturtiums to prevent my watermelons from dying, that would probably cost me more xp than the limps would get me.

well, the belladona is near draynor/falador patch... kind of near...

 

mushroom is near the phasmati/canifis one... and it takes... 30 seconds to pick and plant...

 

Limps will give like 750 xp per farm tour, if you plan more than 5 it will add up on that day. Super compst is 800 xp per tour... but takes longer... it's up to you at that point.

 

 

 

Cactus is kinda out of the way, I usually do it when I go to gnome stronghold using the dueling tele and glider.

 

 

 

Just a friendly advice to prepare for your tour...

 

 

 

Just make sure a couple days before you do it that all your plants are healthy for your first pick up... Just to give you a slight edge :mrgreen:

Yes, I like Dwarf Weed myself, good profit + medium good exp. I would stick with it. :thumbup:

I can confirm that they sell, I just finished planting and selling 340 torstol seeds. It's good xp, but terrible profit, meaning like 500-1k profit per seed... not worth it in the long run... might be a good idea just for that one day D Jay

Edit - A question. Should I pay for my magic trees? It's 250k to pay for them all, but if 1 or 2 trees die that costs me a lot of xp...

I decided I should just plant torstol, I'm wasting money on magics already so I might as well plant the best things possible everywhere.

You get 7 herb per seed on average...

 

 

 

Torstol seeds are easily buyable at min for 7,5k

 

Torstol clean herbs are easily but slowly selling at mid for 1,65k. Meaning I sold my last 200 under 24 hours but not instantly.

 

 

 

Add the cost of super compost to the equation and you make around 3k per seed. A little more than what I posted earlier. But a lot less than when I started farming them... I used to make like 20k per seed 6 months ago.

Don't forget the evil turnip by the belladonna. I don't want to crush your plans, but you'll have to plant your spirit tree early. It takes a long time to fully grow.

Nah I have sold over 1500 torstol at the price they are at the moment, Last week-end I sold my last 200 under 24 hours. I got lucky 6 months ago when seed were at that price, but torstol herb could sell slowly at min for 4k... talk about xp AND profit!

Yeah, I know that. I'll have to start preparing everything a few days before, my spirit tree 4 days. On the day itself I'll only have to check health and do another magic tree run. And a lot of allotments/herbs/bushes :P

Having harvested over 30k herbs I can say that 7 per seed is too high. I'd say it's more like an average of 6, including an occassional death of a herb. If you prevent all your herbs from dying it might be possible to get an average of 7, but I doubt someone will continuously keep track of their patches.
