I would be extremely suspicious here. An exact duplicate of this topic (Except the OP's username was something like dfergfshktf) was posted on the gallery on the 17th of November.

You either let it all or you don't let it at all. The amount of times a random/funny picture thread has started and failed are astronomical. TIF has shown that it can't handle a funny picture thread without adhering to basic guidelines, and to be honest, TIF hasn't exactly matured.

I'm skeptical about it too.
