I did it once on my main and I gained 1 exp in attack, strength, defence and hitpoints using controlled attack.

December 29, 200817 yr Author Ha.. and I thought my lvl 19 with full rune was good... I had 40 defence at 13 combat. then I realized it was nothing special so now I'm aiming for 100 Combat, 10 Hitpoints :-#
