What videogame have you clocked the most hours on Which game do you keep on playing occasionally? (like games on your snes that you play once a week for the nostalgia) Will you introduce your kids to video games or will you let them spend their time elsewhere? Do you regret the time you lost playing video games? No. What videogame have you clocked the most hours on Either Lineage II or WoW. Not sure. Which game do you keep on playing occasionally? World of Warcraft and Team Fortress 2 mostly, right now. Will you introduce your kids to video games or will you let them spend their time elsewhere? Of course I'll introduce them to video games. Doesn't mean that they won't be limited to how long they can play, and they'll have to go outside now and then. That's all if I even have kids though. Why do you spend upwards of 10 hours on videogames in a week? Because I enjoy it? You make it sound like 10 hours is some crazy number too. I'm sure most people watch 3 times as much TV as that. Are/were your parents right?, Are videogames a waste of time? What's your idea of a waste of time? I don't think I "wasted time" playing video games. I really don't care, I enjoy it and it helps me relax/it's a good distraction. So... Do you regret the time you lost playing video games? No. Not at all. I actually wish I found some of the games I play now earlier on. What videogame have you clocked the most hours on? My Xfire reads Silkroad Online, with Civ4 at a very close second (It would be my highest at the end of vacation if I didn't beat every UHV in RFC...). RuneScape is most likely the highest though. Which game do you keep on playing occasionally? Used to be Civ4, as I mentioned above. Don't know what's next. They've never told me that, and they set the requirements I'd set. I do well in school, I have friends, and I exercise. My free time is my free time, I'm free to do what I want with it (of course, with limits). Are they a waste of time? I have very quick fingers compared to most people at my school, and I attribute that to all the time I spend online typing/gaming (or piano, but I don't practice :P ). Of course, it's not that great a skill - If I simply studied math in my free time I could be better off. Though I wouldn't have made it here if it weren't for video games. What videogame have you clocked the most hours on I honestly do not know. The most recent contender is probably Halo 3/CoD4, but for all time it may be Runescape, but could easily be Banjo-Tooie. I have over 300 hours spread through the three saves that are currently up, but I can't count the time from previous game saves. I don't really count MMORPGs that much usually. Please refer to the first question There's no such thing as regret. A regret means you are unhappy with the person you are now,and if you're unhappy with the person you are, you change yourself. Thatregret will no longer be a regret, because it will help to form the new,better you. So really, a regret isn't a regret. It's experience. Taking the past 2 weeks for example (According to steam, 74 hours!), I've been on the christmas break, have had pretty much no work to do, and the temperature is really cold outside. Why not? I've had many a good game, enjoyed myself and it's a rare opportunity that doesn't come around very often. What videogame have you clocked the most hours on RuneScape. Which game do you keep on playing occasionally? TF2, L4D, CnC: Red Alert 3 and Tetris. Will you introduce your kids to video games or will you let them spend their time elsewhere? Yes. I wouldn't let them play excessively of course, but I wouldn't stop them altogether. Why do you spend upwards of 10 hours on videogames in a week? Because it's fun. 10 hours isn't a huge amount of time anyway; like Nadril said people watch a lot more TV than that, so why not play games instead?
