The best I could think of is cooking. You don't lose to much money, but it takes longer than 48 hours....

If he wants a quick 99.. there's cooking, fletching, and firemaking. They're all quicker than other skills because they are secondary skills where you need to just buy the items and create.

 

 

 

48 hours will not be enough time.

To get a 99 in less than 48 hours you'd need to gain 270k exp per hour, and that's only really possible in buyable skills. His best bet is thieving via pyramid plunder, that would take perhaps 80ish hours.

I'd recommend thieving; it's about as close as he'll get. 48 hours is not going to happen for any skill.

Yeah, there's no skills you can get with those requirements.

Unless your friend already has 98 thieving or cooking, not gonna happen.

Cooking, I did it in 3 days and I used the Catherby range before I found out about the Rouge's Den. I remember sleeping, so I didn't do straight. 80ish to 99. Wait...no, I think I was 90ish actually...I cooked swordies though, remember doing monks too, and trout. Hm, yeah, 92ish+...

 

 

 

If you don't have cooking gauntlets it'll be next to impossible, but if you do...

 

Buy the best fish you can cook without burning at max price. Prepare for a long night, if you consume too many Energy Drinks you could get very ill and be hospitalized, its banned from some countries for a reason (its what happened to my friend, 2 days straight skilling and he had to stay 7 days in a hospital).

 

 

 

Your friend probably has more than 60 cooking if he has 10mil, its hard to guess if its possible.

 

Cooking is definitely your best option, unless you happen to know a lot of good sellers for yew logs/etc. Those things are so hard to buy.

Thieving is faster if you use Pyramid Plunder from 21 to 45, blackjacking from 45 to 91 and Pyramid Plunder again from 91 to 99. But 48 hours, no way!

1 exp away from 99 theiving and he dies. Imagine how horrible that would be.

 

You can make money from Fletching, although it takes a little longer, i'd reccomend it.
