What's the use of having gold sitting around collecting dust? I understand that if you invest/flip/whatever the hell you do, the excess money would be beneficial, but I've noticed that most people who do those things easily have enough to own whatever they want as well as continue accumulating wealth at a reasonable(slower) rate. January 11, 200917 yr For the record: DFS and Godswords are extremely bad choices while Slayer. Bandos is a decent one, though. Nonsense. Sgs is the best choice for several slayer tasks. Especially if you are maxed out or being near to being maxed out. As for armour, I just have pieces of different barrows set from which I make an individual set with specific characteristics depending on the task (balance of prayer and defense: then just use prayer bonuses to get that extra "umpf"). As alternatives I use proselyte and black d'hide, dragon legs/skirt. I always used to wear the same thing, but noticed that varying your outfit in combination with different summoning helpers, prayer options helps a lot. And often the tactic changes through an assignment depending on inventory space and summoning helper situation.

January 11, 200917 yr Maybe being maxed out changes the dyanamics....but is killing an Abyssal Demon 0.01 seconds faster worth 20 million gold. The main items I have problems with are Bandos Armor and DFS. What else would you spend it on? And bandos also looks really cool. OH S***! He/she/it is back!

January 11, 200917 yr I buy things i like then usually sell them, like right now i slay but once i get 99 slay i'll sell my dfs + armour and weps and concentrate on other goals and put money into that.
