January 16, 200917 yr In zanaris, there is a large area, supposedly a marketplace, yet it only has two people in. seems very strange for a magical marketplace where loads of different dimmensions meet. So, here is my suggestion: Every day, new merchents appear, selling random items, these merchents would be of all different races, and sell loads of random stuff at SLIGHTLY decreased prices, like one day there would be a rune armour merchent, non elemental rune rune merchent, a dragon mace and battleaxe salesman, an enchanted ring merchent and an axe and pickaxe merchent. The quests needed to buy certain items would still need to be done to buy that item, and you would be limited to certain amounts of each item per day. This would be a player specific limit. There would be 5-8 merchents in the marketplace per day, and the dragon longsword and ruby ring people would stay there constantly.
January 17, 200917 yr I like it You make it sound like running through a few level 87 monsters is hard which it really shouldn't be at your level.

January 19, 200917 yr I like the idea, but perhaps more people would agree with us if you had more than 8 capital letters in your entire post? ~It's Super Effective! January 19, 200917 yr Simple, but ingenious! I endorse this suggestion/rant/or product. Support :D It's what I do
January 21, 200917 yr Author To the people wondering about a schedule, it would be totally random each day. also I fixed the capitals, not that it really matters -.-
January 21, 200917 yr agreed would be nice since jagex killed rwt/merchanting and rs at the same time
January 21, 200917 yr I like it, a randomly produced item for about 1% cheaper would be nice... of course it would have to exclude items greater than, oh, 200k perhaps. Good idea, support.
January 22, 200917 yr Great idea. The merchants could buy junk too, to help remove useless items from the economy. It would be best if the merchants were randomly generated each day out of a huge range of possibilities, just to keep everyone on their toes for a bargain. ~ W ~
January 23, 200917 yr Support. However, you'll need to expand the suggestion. Which items will be sold, what will be excluded or will have a very slim chance (for example, Dragon items and Onyx should be either not be sold or only once per year), which race will sell what kind of stuff (for example, a werewolf might sell items from the Eastern part of known Gielinor, and a Troll from the Troll regions and so on) to help identify specific kinds of merchants. Also, what will happen to the 1 cut diamond-cost to enter the market? How do the merchants work? Will they sell, or will they buy to, etc etc. Level 99's[hide]Mining level 99 achieved November 2010Smithing level 99 achieved February 2011Fishing level 99 achieved April 2011Cooking level 99 achieved May 2011[/hide]Goals[hide][/hide]Drops:Miscellanious: 1x Draconic Visage , 5x Focus Sight, 3x Abbysal Whip Offering Effigy Assistance in Herblore, Crafting. Will they sell, or will they buy to, etc etc. diamond cost will stay the same. and to expand the suggestion with all the possible shops would take me way to long. Most low to medium-high items will be sold. and as for the buying part, I think that junk can be sold at a small price above the cost of the raw materials. that way skill produced items that are commonly used stay the same price, wheras unsellable can be sold for a small profit. Great idea. The merchants could buy junk too, to help remove useless items from the economy. It would be best if the merchants were randomly generated each day out of a huge range of possibilities, just to keep everyone on their toes for a bargain. Thats the sort of thing I had in mind.
