It is RuneScape themed I suppose and looks really nice. Here it is on the phpBB styles demo: http://www.phpbb.com/styles/demo/3.0/ The style demos are currently offline, but when it returns, choose "DarkFantasy" from the drop down box provided in the corner. They were using a phpbb2 database or something, and it had very weak password encoding. The site appears to be back up at the moment though.
