gorgoroth Posted April 25, 2009 Share Posted April 25, 2009 Well last night i got EXTREMELY lucky at Armadyl GWD. I was going to do a Trio Trip with two of my friends. They showed up a bit late so i though i would give Kree a go myself. Well i managed to kill Kree fairly easily and ended up getting an Amra Hilt. So my friends show up just as i killed Kree off and together with them i got another 3kills before my food inventory was used up. The 3 of us a Chestplate on LS aswell as a few other things. Now i have 2 questions. 1.) I have currentely got 75mil cash (most ive ever had). I am planning on doing Aviansies till 99Ranged so that will net me another 65mil or so. I was thinking of spending my money on either of 2 outfits. Outfit one: Bandos Chestplate Bandos Tassy Dragon Full Helm Dragonfire Shield Fury Necklace Berserker Ring Whip *Should have about 5mil left over after i bought this Outfit Two: Dragon Full Helm Dragon Platebody Dragon Legs Dragonfire Shield Whip Berserker Ring Fury Necklace *Should have about 15mil left after i bought this 2.) Well i found it very unprobable that get a hilt drop on my first ever Solo kill, so my question is: When killing in a clan and gaining LS Points, does that carry over for when you do solo trips too? As for your second question, im not exactly sure what you're asking but even if you kill 1,000 krees and get no drops you still have just as much of a chance as getting one as when you started if that helps at all. Okay, let me rephrase my poorly put question :P Lets say i go GWD with a clan. We get 500Kills over a period of 10 trips. In those 500 Kills i get nothing but a few coins and other worthless drops while they get loot like Hilts, Chestplates, Legs, etc. Lets say they all get loot upto 50 Mil each and i only get 5mil loot. So i'm about 45mil behing on Loot Share. The only thing that effects your drops from monsters is the ring of wealth which only effects your drop if you land on the rare drop slot on the routery wheel. Every kill has the same chance of getting a hilt as the last one and the one after/before that. For those who said i should get barrows, im tired of having to deal with the degrading armour. Its just unwanted hastle. Banods + DFS does look hawt tho . Same thing with barrows, why have a pile of cash just sitting in your bank. Unless you want to get some skilling levels up get some good armor. Oh and do what you plan on doing. If i dont buy the DFH i should have about 20mil left after i buy the outfit so i'll have enough money left to get Fletching, Herblore and Crafting up to a decent level anyway.
