so basically scorrtty you are saying that it is ok for a clan to have two wars running simultaneously? that isn't right and should'nt be the case. lgz broke the rules originally but uffan was fair and made a rm of it. sometimes wars go on longer than expected and as uffan has said he had everyone else massed so i dont see a problem with that. ;)

I never said a few more minutes but once it was a 4-4 match, i was updating you every kill and began massing the people not in the fight and getting everyone banked up and ready. There was no agreement on the time delay, and no Downfall official agreed on any time limits.

 

 

 

you werent the only person we were talking to- ill admit some of them were just clan members- im not that up to date on ur member list.

what you are saying about the masses and piles could be wrong (im not saying it is definately)

 

i have seen clans overpulled by around 20 take the fight to the ground and actually win.

 

numbers arent everything especially in turrets as piles can be split very easily

infin.... how is a 64 or 63 man pull 70??? we had lots of 120+ at the war.... u guys out massed us by 14-15.... and that is a very closable margin.

The numbers have nothing to do with the situation, but a 15 man lead to start isn't a guaranteed win :lol:. The problem here is the second straight war with a rule break on Legendz's side.

I would like to point out. The "time rule" broken by DF. LGZ agreed to wait... they also agreed to war. To receive the time rule break they should not have warred. They should have just left. Seeing as the leaders had agreed to wait. That is not a broken rule. Next as for leaving. Back when we had the issue with LK DBZ told me straight up that if we would have just left the war since they attacked first (just like the LGZ war) then they would have been DQED. So what did I do? I called all out just as instructed to do by DBZ.

The Clan Staff is still watching and discussing this topic.

i would like to point out that in this vid u can see the 0s being hit before any bind is cast... and note that adidas is leading it and has his staff raised in the process of hitting uffan. also note that u can see one bind this one bind is coming towards the downfall pile not away as the Brown part of the bind is heading towards us. also in the prior picture note the brown part of the bind GOES TOWARDS THE PERSON.... the green is the tail please test this yourself.

tbh if you look at the vid in motion you see the bind but you see uff already stalled by binds at the same time.

 

either way u cant tell which were thrown first as this is a screenie it doesnt show. in the vid at this time you see uff stopped by binds

This is how I see it...I looked at the declaration topic and I do not see a rule says time is a rule. However DF is still at fault, not for been late, but for lack of planning. Arranging two wars so close to each other is not exactly a great idea. :?

 

 

 

As for the lower option and the multi-clanners. I can almost be positive that LGZ did not break those rules on purpose, as they certainly are not stupid. LGZ is at fault here for breaking the rule, but unintentionally. DF however did show general disrespect for walking out of the war. I would say DF did worse on this part because LGZ's mistakes are most likely unintentional and DF's decision to with threw was intentional.

the lateness couldnt be avoided and if you read the whole topic it was accepted. also it was suggested by a twr mod that df walk out if it happened, which they did

u can tell who threw it first as the brown part is coming towards us. we have had several people test this. and the green part is the tail of the bind. test it yourself.

 

 

 

 

 

also groom if u saw my prior post that is what I was told to do last time this happened. Last time a rule was broken for attacking first we fought the war and could not get the DQ because we continued the fight. Now is the exact opposite now we have people against us because we left the war after the rule was broken. I honestly don't know what to do, but from what our rules state Anyone that breaks these rules will be DQED intentional or unintentional its a rule break.

i tested a bind on a guard and it shows which way a bind goes

Now that I see it, the bind did go towards Uffan, and it's clear that you can see him using his shield to protect. I have to agree with Gromhell5 on the disrespect part, both of the clans did, and I cannot say whether it's intentional or not. Awaiting the TWR mods decision. :)

I would say respect was given both ways in an actual attempt have a rescheduled war for today after the rule breaks from the first attempt on LGZ's part. But after the second try failed, i wouldn't classify our "walking out" as disrespect.
