May 13, 200917 yr The word noob has been said in the media? Wow. That doesn't come to a surprise to me since the online video gaming community has been booming in the past few couple of years.
May 13, 200917 yr I always used the example of 'cool'. "Look man, that car is so cool." What? The car is slightly lower than average temperature? Words are [developmentally delayed]ed [cabbage]. In the bloody end, these [bleep]ing words don't really mean any [bleep]ing god damn anything. Noob 1M! "The cry of the poor is not always just, but if you never hear it you'll never know what justice is."
May 13, 200917 yr Oh I thought it was already a word. Meh. Its a word for me anyway. Doomy edit: I like sheep
May 13, 200917 yr Just a word. People have been using it for some time now. I don't see anything special about. It gains no extra-significance with a number attached to it.
May 13, 200917 yr Doesn't spelling from 1 to 1 million give you a million words to mess around with? :wall:
May 13, 200917 yr Doesn't spelling from 1 to 1 million give you a million words to mess around with? :wall:The number One hundred thousand is three words, not one. :-$ Even people say noob in real life often now, no suprise really although I see where people are coming from showing how language is deteriorating. :P Is "lol" already in the dictionary?
May 13, 200917 yr Doesn't spelling from 1 to 1 million give you a million words to mess around with? :wall: 'fraid not. It's called nomenclature, and the only words you get are the ones that aren't composed out of other already mentioned words. You can get away with the digits, a few multiples (hundred, thousand, million etc.) and exceptions (ten, eleven, twelve), but that's about it. It's the same with all of the other scientific nomenclature, as well. ~ W ~
