June 10, 200917 yr Well a while back before getting Hacked i myself was looking into getting 99 Construction. Olly mentioned to me that you can get it for about 65mil - 75mil when using Oak Planks and SC Hammers. Things i need -243 hammers 50,750 xp each if i only get 20 points each game -approximately 81 hours of stealing creation -12,289,639 xp to 99 -102,414 oak planks (with hammers) -min(402) $41,170,428 mid(423) $43,321,122 max(444) $45,471,816 --$45mil + 3mil for butler (oak doors) = 48mil These prices were a few weeks back. You don't really need all those stuff, and if you consider that your house would take forever to load after that, it might not be worth it for some... like me. I have 99 construction and my house is nearly empty, the only main things are gilded alter, mounted glory and 6 portals. Just because you get the rarest cape in the game doesn't mean you have to max out your house, you can get the basic things that you need in there for a few mill (that would include G alter).

He wants 99 for the cape, not the useless 25m throne, I assume. When you make your dungeon it helps to only have the room with the stairs and no others connected to it so that your butler does not get stuck in corridors. Also, I'm pretty sure that the normal butler is best, because he brings exactly 20 planks(2 doors), and his speed is just perfect so that you have about 1-2 seconds(top speed) after your build the second door or a little more if you remove the second door as well before he gets back. June 13, 200917 yr I think you get 25 trips per 5k payment(aka 500 planks with doors), but I could be completely wrong, and there was a glitch where if you did not talk to them again after you pay and just use notes again, he takes the unnoted planks back to the bank. Oh yea, use notes instead of just withdrawing, it's faster.
