Yea... no. It'll be something small. Don't bother getting your hopes up. But on another note it's nice to know it onlly took months for most people to come around to what I was thnking the week after the "upgrayedd" year was announced.

 

 

 

And bob, yeah, mostly every week. Problem is half, or maybe a bit more than half, are updates and upgrades to pre-existing content that many of us have done and are done with. Some are good, some are less than stellar. So while we get constant updates, it feels like we're getting next to nothing.

 

 

 

It's very hard to keep taking this. I've already let my membership lapse until 2010 at a minimum. I fear though that 4 months of content being built up will be done is about 3 days once I pay up again.

 

 

 

Oh wait, I'm complaining. Therefore my opinions are that of a whiner, have no merit, and can be dismissed without further consideration.

I think this is why people are really starting to aggravated. It was the leftover mark of Iddison that kept people happy during so many of the Upgrayedds. Now that it's come down directly on MMG, you can see how poorly it's going and now people are starting to turn.

Offtopic, I think the reason why people dismiss the whining is that it's less that you're right and they want to deny it, and more that you're getting way too much enjoyment out of it. Sure, you say you're unhappy, but you're giving off that attitude that you'd rather have it stay that way just to give you an excuse to whine and be right.

I'm fairly sure it was a 6 month gap.

 

 

 

And they don;t work slowly, these things take a long time to code and test despite what morons with no concept of coding think.

 

 

 

Runescape is one of the most complex java applets in the WORLD between graphics settings and sheer volume of items there are billions of variables that can break unexpectadly when you do anything.

Actually the poll was in April of '08 and it was released in the very biginning of '09. 7-8 months. That's hardly proof that it took that long though. They could've dragged their heels on starting it. I don't think it took them as long as that to do it.

 

 

 

Plus, they had to code a familiar, and a D&D along with it.
