June 30, 200917 yr Broads, they are less expensive, and a rune x-bow is better in most cases to a magic shortbow (And dark bows are NOT good for training). July 1, 200917 yr Broad Bolts are great for everything hands down. The only time you need to switch into another method of ranging is in PvP (BH and PvP worlds... NOT Castle wars type.) and Boss fights. That is when you need Dragon Arrows/Dark bow or Rune xbow/Onyx bolts (e)/Diamond (e)/Ruby (e). July 1, 200917 yr Regard every post above this Rune arrows are better. Just compare the max hits and speed. Obviously most slayer tasks have horrible defence so accuracy doesnt matter. Divide max hit by speed and see which comes out higher. I guarantee rune arrows will. YOu said cost is not a factor, so 100% go with rune arrows.
July 1, 200917 yr broad bolts beat rune arrows. magic short bow stinks badly. Void and broadbolts, with sgs/unicorn/10% range pray/zammy book tanking slayer tasks is average 60k an hour exp. not bad all considering i averaged 80k for melee. that set up hits 40+ so its pretty solid Dragon Drops: 80+ boots, 7 med, 3 skirt, 2 left half, 2 Spear, 2 2hSlayer: 30+ whips, 4 Bows, 1 Mask, 3 Granite Legs, 1 Visage (Wyverns)Notable GWD Splits: Bandos Tassets: 12, Bandos Chest: 11, Bandos Hilt: 2Proud Slayer of 99 Att/Str/Def/HP/Range/Summoning
