Just wondering, these questions

 

 

 

What is/are the cheapest Discontinued item?

 

 

 

Besides dupe, does every Discontinued have to go up or is there prices crashes (without rises after)

Disk of returning and half wine are the discontinued items, easter eggs/party hats etc. are holiday drops, not the same thing (unless you consider everything like that is discontinued).

Over the past few years rares have generally been coming down in value, because newer players don;t want them as soo much allowing supply to out do demand (for once)

 

 

 

HOWEVER with the current 26king going on the market is being flooded with gp, making everything cost more.

 

 

 

so rares prob have gone up this year, but generally speaking they have been coming down for 2 -3 yrs.

 

 

 

We aren't talking huge drops here, like a few hundred k a year at most.

Rares started dropping after the major gp using skills came out due to people selling them for 99's :P

 

 

 

Overtime rares will go up due to people quiting, getting banned, alching them, etc. So they are a good investment if you have the money for them if not then use it on skills or armour.

I think you right in theory.

 

 

 

But in practice it could go either way.

 

 

 

If less and less people care about having rares or want to buy them & more and more of them land with permanent homes rather than merchants or investors they will drop and then become static.

wearable rare will always go up in value overtime. Other rares like the half wine and disk of returning and eddible rares like the pumkin(i ate mine opps) and easter eggs will stay rather static as there isnt really a way to show them off. Half whine is very very very rare but the price never changes because not many people are interested.
