JtotheP Posted July 12, 2009 Share Posted July 12, 2009 So my friend got pulled over while I was in the car. He was being an idiot and was doing 90 in a 65 with 5 people in the car including himself. He is 17 so he is only allowed 1 friend in the car. Long story short he got pulled over used a pba card but he still got two tickets for speeding and breaking his provisional license. In plain terms, it means you're friends with a cop and are entitled to a break now and then. I find the PBA card completely stupid and i would of given him tickets as well. He was being stupid driving 90 with others in the car in the first place, he deserves it. The only reason I could see them as ok would be for maybe a reserve police officer, or someone who actually contributes to the local police department with their time, services, or equipment, not money.
