IeatWindex
Change the word hack into stolen. Make sure all is Capitilise, you spaced correct, spelled correctly, made it "an" instead of "a" when the next word starts with a vowel, etc. And just to clear up, im pretty sure that putting your account was stolen puts your account into lock mode and you have to do something to unlock it. So don't just use my account was stolen as an excuse.

Zaaps1
Well it's too late for us to help now, if you've sent it. If you haven't: Fix up your spelling and grammar, first of all. Change a few words around so that you IMPLY that it was someone else, instead of just saying so. Underlined comments, bolded words are additions or direct changes. Italicized are spelling/grammar/syntax errors. Im sorry for any inconvenience this offense may have caused you. However, I feel I have been wrongly accused. The truth is, on the day of the offence i did not had access to my account because it was hacked and i didn't get it back untill 3 days later. I believe the hacker have caused this offence to occurs and as a result i am premanetly muted. I take full responsibility of this incident since the offence was made on my account. Remove that sentence entirely. Instead: I take responsibility for being hacked, but I do not feel I should be punished for the offenses committed by the hacker. Im sorry once again for the trouble I may have caused. To ensure that this never happens again, i change my recovery question and password from time to time this makes it sound like you'll never do it, I recommend something else, like: regularly. Thankyou for your time and consideration. I'm sure you will see the truth and understand that I am not at fault for this offense. ~It's Super Effective! Sy_Accursed
I'd also suggest weaving in my details of the hacking. Eg what did you lose? Did they change the password? Did they try and remove your bank pin? I'm sure the jagex systems would pick up on things like password changes, requests to clear bank pins accounts suddenly dropping half their stuff. Also if you only access rs from 1 computer make this clear, odds are the hacker will have a clearly different ip. Don't do it bluntly like "I lsot all my stoofs and he changed everything" Just weave it like, my account was hacked blah blah, after recovering the password, whihc had been changed. As a user I only ever use runescape from my home system and as such only from one ip, you're activity logs should show that blah blah... Zaaps1
Underlined. General notes: "Offense" is spelled with an S, not a C. You spell it "Offence". kk this is a modified version of my appeal feel free to suggest a correction ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Im sorry for any inconvenience this offense may have caused you. However, I feel I have been wrongly accused. The truth is, on the day of the offence I did not have access to my account because it was hacked and I did not get it back until 3 days later. Don't make promises you are completely sure you can commit to. While you may think this is a safe promise, it may hurt you in the future. But really, it's a very small difference. It doesn't matter very much. Thank you for your time and consideration. If you have extra space, you could add it. Something like: "To prove I am the real owner, I lost this, this, and that, my lowest skills are this, this, and this at this level, this level, and this level. My former passwords are this, this, and that. My bankpin is/was this." Replace the "this" and "that"s with the appropriate object. Quite scary  Your IP and browser info and whatnot are all public information. Offence is British, offense is English. Either way is acceptable. I wouldn't spend a whole lot of time on this, because most of the time you'll get an automated response. But what you have looks good with the additions of what these guys have told you. Lunar_Drifter
That's good and bad.. Lots of IPs means you have more evidence to back up that it was you, if you know what those IPs were. But on the flipside, the IPs you used but don't know will show up on a log of all IPs that accessed your account.. and if you tell them you change your IP a lot, then those IPs just look like normal IP changes for you. Unless of course all your different IPs start with the approximately the same numbers. Retired Tip.It Mod || Admin and Founder of Caesar 3 Mod Squad! All are welcome! Sy_Accursed
Not to be rude as it may jsut be english skills that fail you. But given the fact you got hacked and you're seeming short comings in some types of intellect I have my doubts as to whether you actually would manage to change your ip.
