Yeah, but then the thread just becomes a little clubhouse for all the members, and loses all semblance of fun.

Can't be incurable (as in vaccines could be made eventually), can't kill instantly, can't spread unreasonably, and also spreads realistically. So if you were to say, bomb england with the disease, it would spread to europa. Can't do anything like mind control, I guess.

PEPs would fit 2/3, they can be quickly made and deal a fatal or stunning blow in the form of a "kick" although it is not a piercing weapon so it would only dent metal.
