We already have Warp drives for FTL, so I was assuming that anything past this would be instant travel, which is totally and utterly game breaking.

If you didn't mean that, whatever, but I don't really think you can improve FTL travel, and it would still be kind of unbalanced.

Data splicing is finished. Stored up money that was taken from not needing health care and other human services for the last 30 or so years is being used on production of Mechos bodies. I'm not going to consider that money "Spendable", except on Mechos bodies and civilian generation.

 

ARC gun teching is almost finished, production of the Pulse rifle, Stream gun and Nova pistol has already begun, but the Blitz cannon will start production tommorow.

 

New ship production started, Hyperion is finished, will be stationed in Sinabo for now. 4 more cataclysm ships will be done in 4 years, 6 Rhadamanthus ships in 4 years, Helios orb production continues yadda yadda.

 

Space elevator construction begins on five planets, will be done in 6 years.

 

I'm a few billion over my budget, and probably will be until about 2 days time, but I can pay this back afterwards.

I was going to commend you all on the nice improvements I saw in post quality. Then I read page 66. Could have done with out that little(dumb) dispute. Ah, well. Can't win 'em all.

Ascent has been loaded up and sent towards Mather's system. And before Dusty freaks out, I'd like to point out that Ascent is merely a carrier ship, so it can't do all that much military activities. I just feel the need to help Ross with negotiations.

 

A new plant has been discovered on Zhoreuc that has strange healing properties. So far, it doesn't seem to do much other than treat cold symptoms, but more testing will continue. Samples have been sent aboard Errant Venture to be taken back to Earth.

I'm the dude researching cloning, if your not happy about it, and I know this sounds like a stupid negotiation but if I am to quit Cloning, then I demand free or very low costing clones, and have them when ever I feel like it, or I'm carrying on, and if you declare war on such a trivial matter, I may not know much about your people, but your sure to have some protesting.

 

Plus, I'm not going to give clones out, heck I'm not going to monopolize it, I'm just going to create clones for me cause I want to get a huge population, not quickly, but just fast enough, and due to the vertical farm, I'll be able to uphold a bigger population

 

Your negotiations amuse me. I sell my clones at $1,250 per head, unaltered. I can alter them to be amazing at any generic skill. I can alter their endurance. Their life expectancy. Their maturing rate. Their growth rate. You can not beat me in the field of cloning. Did I mention that I can produce upwards of 500k clones for sale every 9 months? Yeah, you're not going to top that. Even if you could, I wouldn't let you. I can sell you as many clones as you need. But I'm not lowering my price, because frankly you don't scare me.

Ok fine I will put my 3 years of cloning research, and have 2 year genetic research (they are very close fields).

 

I will try make a weak sort of growth increase formula that will increase growth rate by a very lose 2-3%, very low compared to your guys super potions that increase growth rate by like 30%.

 

It will be only a 4B budget and the plan will take place this year, as the conversion wont take long.

My first, destroyer, is it? Is complete. New shipyard is 3/7 into production. More mechs have been produced. Work is beginning on rail rifles and my new assault rifle, fitted with an grenade launcher for general infantry.

 

It is lightweight and effective, and has two magazines fitted so my troops don't have to reload as much.

I don't think thats balanced. You can basically copy any material/person/ANYTHING you want.

I can't think of a way to balance it, so its your call, but it can't remain the way it is now.

I think its near impossible because if you need pinpoint trajectory, your not going to be able to have it on the planets surface cause it moves... Unless you can PERFECTLY calculate it
