Drug that increases probability of twins/triplets/quintuplets = Growth rate of around 12%.

Drug that increases ferility rate (babies take 3 months, rather then 9) = Growth rate of 48%

Immigration from other nations adds another 3-4%, let's say (considering that if you're a citizen of the Federation you get access to tremendous bio enhancements) = Growth rate of 52%

Huge incentives to reproduce adds another say 2% or so. Growth rate = 54%.

New lands that are granted according to family size adds another 1%. Growth rate = 55%.

Immigration from Federation land in Earth as well as government relocation to alleviate over-population (parts of Africa, and Bangladesh) adds another say 5%. Growth rate = 60%.

AI cargivers that allow for parents to have more kids and still go to work, or have them help with taking care of the kids adds another say 4%.

So 64% for Midgard.

Wouldn't this cause most of your citizens to die early? I'm pretty sure a fast development will cause age related illness and disease at earlier ages.

 

Was sort of the amalgamation of 50 or so odd years of reasearch into genetics. It was ironed out so that babies weren't being born with defects (though that happened a lot in the alpha testing phases).

Or I could just say I pilfered some of Kamino's growth accelerant hehe.

It just accelerates the growth. Ask Rpg, he's got basically the same stuff, except his accelerates growth of the babies once they're born, while mine just accelerates their growth in the womb.

Research will take 2 years, its a pretty basic gun, and I will put 1B a year into.

Just finished my history homework on the downfall of Napoleon. How fitting.

 

Dungeonal, I'll send some of my men who worked on the fortresses/bunkers/bases throughout my empire to help if you want.

My colonists on Zhoreuc are producing a lot of food. There's a lot of surplus.

The team of scientists heading to Qyella is halfway there.

Genetic research continues.

I'm also going to be continuously producing ships, so unless I research some new technology concerning them, I won't mention it. If I have a decent sized fleet 50 years from now, don't be wondering where I pulled them out of.

I'll also research some new weapons, I guess.

Next section of New Hope is up, containing ammo for the ion weapons.

 

The Project Freon scientists have managed to use some of the small amounts of cryonite to somehow infuse rats with the cold resistance gene into solid ice, and they're actually still alive. Still no word on how thid new speciese will ever be able to move, but my scientists say it is slightly stronger than its previous species and a great deal dumber.

 

I saw the argument about my cannons earlier. Well, the reason they're so cheap is that they're only slightly more powerful than a cannon used by pirates back in the 16th century. Thing is, they have a tendency to be equally powerful against all metals, and organic material just get shredded. And they're easier to aim, and the rifles and pistols are just as portable as IRL rifles and pistols.

 

So all my soldiers have received an ion pistol and either an extra pistol or a rifle, and education on how to use them. They have also had training on how to fire an ion cannon as well.

 

Mini-Hope production has been temporarily halted after the 12th Mini-Hope came out.

 

Aside from that, not much is happening. I should start some gigantic project sometime, just for the heck of it....

Miners have set up (small) operations on Uxiu I, but will not commence major operations until the major mobile base is complete. For the time being they will scout and look for minerals and metals, to plot out key mining locations. They are also setting up a base there. 300 Ion cannons have been installed on Opez, providing sufficient defense for the major cities. Also, colonists have reached Nost Hu in the Recea Decimus system and have begun setting up a colony there.

Ascent has been loaded up and sent towards Mather's system. And before Dusty freaks out, I'd like to point out that Ascent is merely a carrier ship, so it can't do all that much military activities. I just feel the need to help Ross with negotiations.

 

A new plant has been discovered on Zhoreuc that has strange healing properties. So far, it doesn't seem to do much other than treat cold symptoms, but more testing will continue. Samples have been sent aboard Errant Venture to be taken back to Earth.

 

btw, Mars map is wrong. I have more territory than that.

 

 

 

I'm the dude researching cloning, if your not happy about it, and I know this sounds like a stupid negotiation but if I am to quit Cloning, then I demand free or very low costing clones, and have them when ever I feel like it, or I'm carrying on, and if you declare war on such a trivial matter, I may not know much about your people, but your sure to have some protesting.

 

Plus, I'm not going to give clones out, heck I'm not going to monopolize it, I'm just going to create clones for me cause I want to get a huge population, not quickly, but just fast enough, and due to the vertical farm, I'll be able to uphold a bigger population

 

Your negotiations amuse me. I sell my clones at $1,250 per head, unaltered. I can alter them to be amazing at any generic skill. I can alter their endurance. Their life expectancy. Their maturing rate. Their growth rate. You can not beat me in the field of cloning. Did I mention that I can produce upwards of 500k clones for sale every 9 months? Yeah, you're not going to top that. Even if you could, I wouldn't let you. I can sell you as many clones as you need. But I'm not lowering my price, because frankly you don't scare me.

Dusty's genetic tech is different from mine. How much so? I wouldn't know that. I assure you he never pilfered any of mine though :P

 

Mine works like this:

 

when on the convayer belt, the fetus at aprx. 6 months is injected with a serum that accels the rate in which certain strands of DNA reproduce. Most of this affects the pituitary gland, and the major brain synapses in the stem cell region. This serum could be considered "alive" in a sense that it accelerates the growth of Dna, however it in itself tires out after awhile and then merely maintains as apposed to accelerating. this is done by cutting and dilluting the amount of serum over time to balance the ratio of natural grwoth and genetic altercation. This process is in fact rather expensive. That's why altered clones are more expensive. Of course, that's just one altercation I offer.

Dusty did blockade. But as far as anyone is actually concerned, my ship is still there for negotiational purposes (as posted previously). So, unless he just wants to randomly blow my ship up unprovoked, he really can't do much to directly attack me. This should keep Hex busy for a few years as he frantically trys to tighten security on a planet where there are 50 civilians per guard. good luck.
